elaws: The U.S. Department of Labor's online regulatory library with information on laws governing retirement, health benefits, wages, hours and workplace standards.

National Labor Relations Board: The NLRB is a Federal agency created in 1935 to enforce the National Labor Relations Act, the act that includes the overtime provisions applicable to Unit 4 employees.

Bureau of Labor Statistics (U.S. Department of Labor): The Bureau of Labor Statistics is the principal fact-finding agency for the Federal Government in the broad field of labor economics and statistics.
