ARTICLE 7
CONTRACTING OUT
| When the President deems it necessary in order to carry out the mission and operations of the campus, the President may contract out work. | |
| The Union may request to meet and confer on the impact of contracting out work when such contracting out is to be on a long-term basis. "Long-term basis" in this provision means six (6) months or more. The CSU shall meet with the Union for this purpose within thirty (30) days of such a request. |
